Man carjacked, kidnapped in karaoke bar parking lot found safe

Gwinnett County Police said a man has been found safe after being carjacked and kidnapped Sunday outside a karaoke bar in Duluth.

Investigators said shortly before 1 a.m. Sunday, two black men with handguns confronted 21-year-old Neil Frasdilla in the parking lot of the karaoke bar and restaurant called "Luxor" located on the 2400 block of Pleasant Hill Road.

Witnesses told police that the two men pointed a weapon at Frasdilla, forced him into his car, and drove off with them.

One of the suspects was described as wearing a black, red, and white striped shirt. The suspects had come to the parking lot in a dark-colored four-door passenger car and left in Frasdilla's white Acura TSX. The suspects and Frasdilla were last seen driving toward Pleasant Hill Road.

Monday morning, Gwinnett County Police say they visited Frasdilla's home and found him safe and unharmed. Frasdilla told them that the suspects took everything from him and then dropped him off on State Route 316. He was able to find his vehicle parked a short ways away.

Bar workers and customers told FOX 5 off-camera that the ordeal was very concerning; they described the victim as a regular patron who had come to the bar that night.

The owner told FOX 5 they did not have a comment on the situation at this time.

Police described the suspects as one Hispanic male and two black males. One of the black men was wearing a mask.

A reward of up to $2,000 is available for anyone who has information that leads to an arrest and indictment in the case. If you have any information on the carjacking, please call Gwinnett County Police at 770-513-5300 or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477.
