Sunday Morning Weather Forecast

Slightly better rain chances will be around for the afternoon up across the state line.

Labor Day weekend in metro Atlanta will bring warm temperatures, a mix of sun and clouds, and a few scattered showers — but overall, conditions look pretty good for holiday events.

What we know:

A few isolated showers are expected across North Georgia over Labor Day weekend. It's exactly a 20% chance of rain every day of the holiday weekend, but the further north you are, the higher chance you have.

"So Blairsville said Jasper over towards Ellijay, Raven County have a slightly higher rain chance today than in the metro area," said meteorologist Alex Forbes.

After the holiday weekend, expect the humidity to return.
