Judge grants bond for man seen in viral IHOP video
COBB COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A judge grants bond for the man at the center of this viral video.
Marietta police arrested Renardo Lewis on March 31.
An IHOP employee had called to report the 39-year-old man made threats when his order wasn't what he wanted.
Once police arrived, they said Lewis tried to take their firearms and grabbed one officer by the throat.

A Cobb County grand jury indicted Lewis on 14 charges including aggravated assault on a peace officer, terroristic threats and public drunkenness.
Thursday morning, Lewis appeared in a county courtroom.
The judge granted him a $50,000 bond.
If he makes bond, he'll be placed on house arrest and won't be allowed to drink.
