Sunday evening weather forecast

It will feel like 100 degrees on Monday, but a cool down comes Tuesday... it just brings higher rain chances with it in time for the MLB All-Star Game.

The MLB All-Star game brings lots of fun and events to metro Atlanta, and anybody heading to Truist Park or the Battery needs to prepare for lots of heat, and some rain.

Monday: Hot with very little rain

What we know:

It will be hot on Monday afternoon, with high temperatures near 96, feeling like 100+.

There's only a 20% chance of rain, so not much opportunity to help drop temperatures. That 20% chance of rain will stick around through game time. It will be in the 90s when the Home Run Derby begins around 8 p.m.

Tuesday: More showers, but it won't be a washout

What we know:

As we approach the All-Star Game, prepare for more widespread showers and high temperatures, but the game shouldn't be washedout.

The chance of rain is 40%, with it likely raining over Truist Park, but the showers are fast moving, so the showers shouldn't last long.
