Family pleads for help nearly 3 years after deadly accident

It's been nearly three years since a woman and her grandchildren were killed in a horrific car accident and the driver responsible is still walking the streets.

Dorothy Wright, 75, was on her way to church with 6-year-old Layla and 12-year-old Cameron when a driver fleeing from College Park Police ran a stop sign and slammed into their car.

The family says the driver then got out of the car and walked away from the scene.

Tuesday, coming up on the anniversary, the family was pleading for the public's help.

The family and their attorney filed a lawsuit against College Park Police and Atlanta Police in August 2016

The case is still in litigation.
