Comedian Tracy Morgan is back in action with his multi-city standup tour starting in February 2016.

Audiences can look forward to the entertainer doing what he does best in his "Picking up the Pieces"  show.

"It's just like falling off a bike and getting back on, that's all: you don't forget where the pedals are", Morgan says on getting back to touring.

Morgan, who appeared this past weekend on "Saturday Night Live", suffered severe head trauma in June 2014 when a truck on the New Jersey Turnpike slammed into the back of the limo van he was riding in. Comedian James "Jimmy Mack" McNair, a mentor of Morgan's, was killed in the crash. Morgan was in a coma for two weeks. Three other passengers suffered serious injuries.

"People are wondering, 'Can he speak? Does he have 100 percent mental capacity?'" he asked. "The truth is, I never did. I might even be a few points higher."

Those in north Georgia interested in catching Morgan's tour can catch him at the Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort February 13 and at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre on April 30th.

Tickets go on sale starting Friday, October 23. Details: TracyMorgan.com/tour
