City of Atlanta HR Commissioner resigns

The head of the city of Atlanta’s Human Resources Department has stepped down following an investigation of confrontations with city employees.

Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms office said she has accepted Marian Woods resignation effective upon completion of several HR projects.

The mayor told FOX 5 News several complaints had been lodged against Woods, and they were looked into.

Mayor Bottoms office added it appreciates Woods for her assistance on several major personnel initiatives.
