Officials have found the body of the second missing boater who disappeared after a crash on Lake Lanier.

Saturday night, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources said the body of 38-year-old Nicholas Schimweg was pulled from the lake around 6:30.

DNR said the crew used sonar to find the man's body in nearly 54-foot-deep water about 50 feet from the site where his boat crashed with a cabin cruiser on Wednesday.

Divers found the body of Schimweg's friend, 59-year-old Brianislav Prazich, on Friday.
