Atlanta Police are working to determine who is behind a Twitter threat that named two LGBT establishments in Midtown, and asked if they should be the "next Orlando."

The tweet said, "You think I am the type to be the next shooter? Keep hating me then." Another post said, "You're all dead to me."

Police believe the threats are not credible, but are still working to determine the motive of the person who wrote them. Investigators have identified the owner of the account, and said he is cooperative with law enforcement. They now believe the Twitter user was hacked.

The establishments told FOX 5 they are beefing up security, along with other LGBT establishments throughout the city.

Police also continue to step up patrols around Midtown and other LGBT bars and clubs. Officers said they will continue to monitor social media accounts for any other threats of an attack.
