ATLANTA, Ga. - The big reveal we’ve all been waiting for is finally happening on Prime!
The final three episodes of the hit comedy "Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat" begin streaming today, bringing the second season of the Emmy-nominated "Jury Duty" to a close.
The series centers on a real man named Anthony, who believes he’s temping for a family-owned hot sauce company and taking part in its filmed company retreat. In reality, he’s surrounded by actors and the company is fake — something Anthony won’t find out until the very end of the season.
Atlanta-based actor and comedian Rob Lathan is a scene-stealer as "Other Anthony," one of the company’s employees who repeatedly ends up in chaotic and memorable situations, including a striptease dance while hypnotized.
"So, we had maybe one rehearsal for that before we met Anthony," laughs Lathan about the scene. "And I remember I asked Jake, the director, ’Should we choreograph my dance?’ And he’s like, ’No, no, just do whatever Other Anthony would do!’"
Lathan recently stopped by the FOX 5 Atlanta studios to talk in-depth about performing in what is essentially an entertainment high-wire act, forcing its actors to improvise their way through scenes and remain steadfastly in-character at all times. You can catch the full interview on this weekend’s "Behind the Scenes with Paul Milliken," available on all FOX 5 Atlanta streaming platforms at 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
