The Georgia Court of Appeals has denied a request by Andrea Sneiderman to vacate her conviction in connection to her testimony at the murder trial of her husband.

Sneiderman was sentenced to five years in prison for lying to investigators about an affair with her former boss, Hemy Neuman.

Her lawyers argued the lower court's verdict was contrary to evidence that was presented, but the appeals court disagreed and ruled to affirm the conviction.

Rusty Sneiderman was shot to death outside his children’s day car in Dunwoody in November 2010. Neuman was convicted of the murder, but was also deemed mentally ill.
