The 'Dead' walk among the living at annual convention
ATLANTA - It’s the weekend fans of “The Walking Dead” wait all year for, as the hit show’s stars spend some time signing autographs and taking pictures at the Georgia World Congress Center. And this year, in the wake of the show’s 100th episode, excitement at Walker Stalker Con is sure to be at a fever pitch.
Walker Stalker Con returns to Atlanta for a fifth year this weekend, taking over the Georgia World Congress Center from October 27-29. Along with bringing together stars from shows including “The Walking Dead,” “Ash vs Evil Dead,” and “Bates Motel,” the event features free panel sessions, a huge vendor floor, and lots of cosplay. Actors scheduled to appear this year include Norman Reedus, Andrew Lincoln, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan of “The Walking Dead,” Bruce Campbell and Lee Majors of “Ash vs Evil Dead,” and even Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, who stars in the horror-comedy Dead 7.
