Update: Father surrenders teen in Clayton shootings
A 16-year-old wanted in connection to two separate shootings in Clayton County was turned in by his father. Lequan Stephens was sought following a shooting earlier this week in Lovejoy, prompting a manhunt. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation confirmed it obtained warrants for Stephens, who is now in custody as authorities continue their investigation.
