Historic Documents Go on Freedom Plane Tour
The National Archives is launching a traveling exhibition of America’s most important historic documents to celebrate the nation’s 250th anniversary. Originals—including an engraving of the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Association, and the Treaty of Paris—will tour eight U.S. cities from March through August aboard the Freedom Plane, making these irreplaceable documents accessible to the public for the first time.
