Gwinnett converts "obsolete" hotel into affordable housing
The Gwinnett Housing Corporation (GHC) has broken ground on Spring Swallow Lodge, the county's first-ever hotel-to-housing conversion. The project will transform an aging extended-stay hotel in Peachtree Corners into 73 permanent affordable units for vulnerable seniors and youth aging out of foster care.
