TSA shortages cause long Atlanta airport security lines
Staffing shortages at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport caused long security lines early Wednesday morning. Wait times stretched out of the airport between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m., but conditions improved significantly by midmorning. While some TSA workers continue to call out due to the partial government shutdown, operations were smooth sailing for the rest of the day.
