Gen Z women face rise in imposter syndrome

We spoke with Dr. Sybile Val, an Atlanta-based surgeon and women’s empowerment advocate, about the growing impact of imposter syndrome on working Generation Z women in the U.S. Studies show many young women frequently doubt their professional abilities, often more than their male peers.
