Winter storm havoc across U.S.
A historic winter storm continues to impact dozens of states, leaving bitter cold, heavy snow, and ice in its wake. From more than a foot of snow in New Mexico, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and New York, to widespread power outages affecting over one million customers in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana, crews are working around the clock to restore service and clear roads. Airlines have canceled over 20,000 flights, while warming centers open nationwide to help those affected. President Donald Trump approved federal disaster declarations to support recovery efforts.
