South Fulton residential sanitation fees to rise in June
Homeowners in South Fulton will see an increase in their annual sanitation bills following a "data-driven" vote by the City Council. Starting in June, the residential solid waste fee will jump from $233.16 to $275 to cover rising costs for fuel, labor, and equipment. The Fulton County Tax Commissioner will issue the updated bills, which are due by Aug. 1. City officials noted the increase supports essential services, including trash collection and the Merk Miles Citizens Convenience Center.
