Norfolk Southern safety train brings training to Atlanta
The Norfolk Southern safety train is in East Point this week to provide free, hands-on emergency response training for Atlanta-area first responders. The program offers local agencies real-world simulations, including locomotive emergencies and tank car assessments. The initiative aims to enhance public safety by equipping firefighters and police with the tools needed to handle rail-related incidents effectively. Our Chris Rosenthal is live at the training site with a look at the simulations.
