Atlanta gets stadium-sized honey donation
Sioux Honey Co-op and Smoothie King are donating 6,480 bottles—3.6 tons—of Sue Bee® honey to Second Helpings Atlanta, enough to cover a football field. The donation supports the nonprofit’s food rescue efforts, which distribute surplus food to 130+ partner agencies amid a 156% surge in demand. Team members from all organizations will be on hand to highlight the impact and importance of fighting food insecurity in Atlanta.
