Hurricane Laura is a major storm about to hit SW La. after midnight. Winds are at 150 mph and the storm surge will be catastrophic. The storm will move toward Shreveport and AR through the day. Just hot and humid here with highs on Thursday near 91 and t-storms will be scarce. Better chance of rain and storms by Saturday.
