President Trump pushing for Daylight Saving Time change
President Donald Trump is pushing Congress to make daylight saving time permanent, renewing the debate over ending twice-yearly clock changes. The Sunshine Protection Act passed the House in July but remains stalled in the Senate, where Sen. Tom Cotton opposes it over concerns that children would travel to school in the dark.
