Gymnast with rare condition preps for Paralympics

Charlotte Elson, 10, was born with one arm shorter than the other. Doctors worried she might have trouble learning to crawl, but today, she's flipping. This little gymnast has her eyes set on greatness -- she's preparing for the Paralympics.
