Atlanta Fire equipment issues, troubling audit

The Atlanta City Council is debating how to address the fire department's equipment crisis. Councilmember Dustin Hillis suggested the city should use its reserve funds to get caught up in the purchase of much-needed fire engines and ladder trucks.
