Dogs in DeKalb shelters in dire need of forever homes
DeKalb County Animal Services is in desperate need of help to avoid euthanizing dogs. Before the end of the day, 250 out of 650 dogs, need to find homes. Another 30 are at risk of being euthanized this week.
