Carbon policy impacting gas prices

It?s a busy summer travel season with a lot of people hitting the roads. The highest gas prices in the country can now be found in the Pacific Northwest. For the first time ever, Washington State is the most expensive state in the country to buy gas. A new policy aimed at protecting the environment is a big reason why.
