Bizarre Buckhead bird-napping caught on video

The Atlanta Police Department has released bodycam footage of the moments they arrested an accused bird-napper. They say the bizarre theft took place at a popular Buckhead eatery. The suspect was seen on camera damaging several surveillance cameras, but missed one, leading to his arrest.
