Cobb leaders address fatal Six Flags incident as probe grows
Cobb County Chairwoman Lisa Cupid and police officials provided an update on the investigation into the death of 42-year-old Hassan Kariem at Six Flags Over Georgia. Cobb County Police detectives are investigating the death alongside a separate regulatory equipment review conducted by the Georgia Office of Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner while the Goliath ride remains closed.
