Atlanta's top cop says reorganization will put more officers on street

After a dead man was found in a residential Buckhead neighborhood, residents say they can't wait for change. Despite aggressive efforts to recruit more officers out in the field, the Atlanta Police Department has roughly the same number of officers as it did a year ago.
