CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - Three feet of water stood in a Clayton County homeowner’s basement Thursday after hard rains.
Tyrone Moore said the home on River Road Floods whenever heavy rain moves through, but never like this.
The Flint River runs right behind the property and Thursday night's rains got into several homes.
The Moore family has lived in the home for six years and said this is the worst flooding they have experienced.
Inside the house, floorboards are buckled from the flood water that was inches deep in some parts of the house.
