Police in Henry County said they have identified the woman seen on surveillance video pulling a gun on a fast food worker at a drive-thru window.

It happened around 11:15 p.m. on March 3 at the Wendy’s on Jonesboro Road. Henry County Police said a woman in a black Nissan pulled up to the drive-thru window and pulled a pistol on the clerk at the window.

Investigators said the woman, identified as Laquela Bailey, had an adult passenger and some children in the backseat. She got upset over a junior meal she ordered for the kids and apparently was not satisfied with the order or wait time and demanded a refund, police said.

Bailey could be seen grabbing back her debit card and then pointing the pistol.

A warrant has been issued for Bailey’s arrest. Police are asking her to turn herself in soon.
