Celebrity chef Brian Reynolds visits Good Day Atlanta

Celebrity chef Brian Reynolds visits Good Day Atlanta.

Chef Brian Reynolds on Good Day Atlanta:  Chef Brian Reynolds, is the recipient of the Culinarian and Humanitarian Award at the NBCA (National Black Chef’s Association) Event.  Chef Reynolds has been the preferred chef and caterer for a large clientele of high profile clients such as the lead for the Tyler Perry Studio grand opening, Atlanta Falcons, and has cooked for has cooked for: CeCe Winans and Family, Kelly Rowland, Steve Harvey and Family, Byron Cage, Oprah Winfrey.  

His most recent venture is teaming up with HUNGRY, backed by Usher, Jay-Z, and Tom Colicchio which is the uber of business catering, by serving on their catering platform.  He stops by Good Day Atlanta with a lamb chops and couscous for viewers to try making at home.   1. Add Mint-infused couscous to the three cups of water or veggie stock or chicken stock.
  2. Add couscous, salt, pepper to the pot
  3. Bring to a boil then let simmer
  4. Sauté red onions, then add to it your pot of couscous after it's done
  5. Trim a little fat off of your rack of lambs and then add olive oil and garlic, salt and pepper, fresh herbs and let marinate (overnight is best)
  6. After your lamb racks have marinated, pan sear the whole rack  and let cool.
  7. Slice individual bones, then sear in a hot pan with oil or butter to preferred temperature
  8. Boil a pot of water, salted, and add your tri-color heads of cauliflower
  9. Boil until tender and then remove (Option to shock in an ice bath to preserve the natural colors)
  10. Cut cauliflower down to desired size, then toss in a hot pan and season to taste
  11. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and top with mint jelly
  12. Enjoy!
