ATLANTA - Atlanta police investigating a shooting that sent a 16-year-old boy to the hospital Monday night.
Police reported to the scene on Mount Zion Road SE just before 8:30 p.m. That's where they found the victim who had been shot in his left ankle.
He was alert, conscious and breathing when he was taken to the hospital.
There has been no word on a suspect or a motive in the case.
