200+ volunteers serve at Christian City for MLK Day

Christian City in Union City hosted a Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service on January 19, 2026, with more than 200 volunteers from metro Atlanta, including teams from Georgia Power, Delta Air Lines, Atlanta Gas Light, and Optum. Volunteers participated in hands-on projects across the 500-acre campus, supporting children, families, and seniors. Christian City provides affordable housing, foster care, family services, and senior living programs throughout the region.
