NTT IndyCar Series hosts inaugural Freedom 250 Grand Prix
Reporter Rebekah Castor reports live from the National Mall as 25 NTT IndyCar Series drivers compete in the inaugural Freedom 250 Grand Prix. Commemorating America's 250th anniversary, the 1.7-mile street circuit winds past the Washington Monument and U.S. Capitol. Championship leader Alex Palou took pole position in qualifying, lining up alongside Kyle Kirkwood for the historic afternoon race.
