Teen girl’s brave tip leads to Carroll County drug, gun bust

A Carroll County man, Justin Ferris, is behind bars after his teenage daughter told school officials about physical abuse and a death threat against her mother. A subsequent search of the home uncovered 35 firearms and a stash of illegal mushrooms and marijuana.
