Judicial emergency in Floyd County after fire
A judicial emergency was declared on Monday evening after a massive fire heavily damaged its historic courthouse. The courthouse will be temporarily closed, which will disrupt operations. Fire crews were still on the scene early Tuesday morning. Marc Teichner reporting.
