Spalding County Commissioners have unanimously approved a massive $3.9 billion data center complex to be built by Wallace Jackson LLC along I-75. The project is staggering in scale, spanning 5 million square feet—roughly three times the size of Lenox Square Mall—and consisting of ten separate buildings.
