Douglas County announce crackdown on illegal tire dumping

A number of Georgia counties have struggled with illegal tire dumping. Douglas County has noticed a serious problem of it off Britt Rd. and Fairburn Rd. Resident James Taylor shares his story and the dumping he sees frequently.
