Black ice and downed trees make commutes 'dicey'

As a winter storm exits, the FOX 5 Storm Team is warning of an "invisible factor" on the horizon: aggressive winds and a sharp drop in wind chill. While showers and a wintry mix are tapering off across Georgia and Alabama, falling temperatures and gusts up to 30 mph are creating a "perfect recipe" for downed trees and power outages. Residents are urged to bundle up as "feels like" temperatures are expected to plummet into the teens, and even near zero in the foothills, by Tuesday morning.
