Luigi Mangione in court, suspected of killing heatlhcare CEO

Luigi Mangione is in court today for the suspected killing of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Mangione's lawyers aim to dismiss charges that qualify him for the death penalty and toss out evidence that the defense says was obtained without a warrant.
