Unrest in Minnesota, Trump threatens to use Insurrection Act

Protests continued Thursday night in Minneapolis after two shootings, one of which was deadly, involving federal agents. President Trump is now threatening to use the Insurrection Act to end the protests. Anchor Alex Whittler is breaking it down.
