Community leaders and city officials gathered in Vine City at 280 James P. Brawley Drive NW for the groundbreaking of a new $6.7 million affordable housing project. Led by the Westside Future Fund (WFF), the multistory development transforms an 11-acre site that sat blighted and vacant for decades into 18 high-quality affordable units.
