Judge to rule on trial & death penalty in Charlie Kirk case

Suspected shooter Tyler Robinson returned to a Provo, Utah courtroom for a critical hearing to determine if he will stand trial for the fatal shooting of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk.
