Child in car seat shot during gas station dispute

An innocent child remains in critical condition after being struck by gunfire while sitting in a car seat during a dispute at a Lithonia gas station. DeKalb County police arrested three individuals, including a juvenile, following a traffic stop and a residential search that uncovered a firearm.
