Fulton moves to block 202 election subpoena

The Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections filed a motion Monday to block a federal subpoena seeking personal data of nearly 3,000 workers from the 2020 election. The board's custodian of records was ordered to appear before a grand jury in Atlanta on Tuesday morning.
