Community shaken after 8 children killed in Louisiana

The Shreveport community is shaken after 8 children were killed during a domestic-related mass shooting. Multiple people gathered on Sunday to remember and honor the children. Police say 31-year-old Shamar Elkins killed all of the children and shot two women, who were critically injured.
