Florida's Gulf Coast braces for Isaias impact
The National Hurricane Center issued a 3 p.m. advisory tracking Hurricane Isaias as a Category 2 system moving north-northeast across the Gulf of Mexico toward the Florida Panhandle at 17 mph with central pressure at 959 mb.
