Senoia contractor indicted as fraud case expands
A Coweta County Grand Jury has officially indicted Nathan Gividen, the Senoia contractor originally arrested in August 2025 for swindling a local couple out of $17,000. Since his initial arrest, nearly 30 additional victims have come forward with similar allegations of unfinished work and unlicensed operations under Southern Oaks Construction LLC.
